really good experience downtown
convenient location clean facilities
i enjoyed the convenient location with easy access to tram lines. the hotel's decor felt modern. the facilities were kept very clean. i also loved the rooftop pool.
the in-room fridge was rather tiny, limiting storage for drinks and snacks, a bit inconvenient.

the staff allowed an early check-in so i could change for an event. the rooms were near each other. the hotel has an easy check-out process and convenient parking options.
i found an empty shampoo bottle during my shower , so i had to use shower gel , which was inconvenient.

excellent location tram station small beds limited furniture
the location was EXCELLENT for the cbd with the spring street tram station right outside. it's at the start of the free zone and a plethora of fantastic cafes are within walking distance. our room was very spacious and clean, i liked that.
the beds WERE small doubles and very firm. i found them uncomfortable but bed preference is very personal, it's true. the pool zone is too small for the amount of people wanting to use it. there is not enough pool furniture.
